The Role

This is an excellent Principal Designer role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. Successful candidates will use their experience and qualifications as a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor to work with clients as their ultimate point of reference for Health and Safety, from design reviews to site visits and finally the production of a Health and Safety File for each project.

Our client are seeking to expand their Principal Designer function, so an ambitious Principal Designer capable of bringing in new clients and spearheading growth could see rapid progression.

The Company

The Principal Designer will join an established Architecture and design practice, working on projects across the UK. The Principal Designer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is primarily in the office in Birmingham, with regular travel to visit clients.

What\'s Required?

The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

Strong experience in a Principal Designer or CDM Advisor position, ideally within a consultancy

Being qualified with both the NEBOSH General or Construction certificate, and Tech IOSH is essential

It would also be advantageous to have a a Construction or Occupational Health related degree

It is also beneficial for the candidate to have a driving license, and be IMAPS Qualified
