The Role:

As Principal Consultant you will have a proven track record in Dynamics CRM/D365 application consultancy. You will contribute to the success of the delivery of high profile and high value D365 CE/Power Platform projects, responsible for engaging with the customer, building relationships, gathering requirements, and provide both technical and functional training to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Production of solution design documents covering the high-level design of Dynamics CE and Power Platform solutions
• Translating functional and requirements into architecture and designs
• Identifying where customisation of Dynamics CE is needed to meet client requirements
• Ensuring the technical delivery of the solution meets best practice
• Leading technical workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and delivering executive briefings related to the project
• Supporting the design through the SDLC including touchpoints in; analysis, design, development, testing, training and deployment
• Supporting the design for application and data migration
• Supporting the identification and selection of any 3rd party plug-ins/solutions, required as part of the overall architecture
• Driving standardisation efforts for development environments, tools, and deployment procedure
• Supporting project delivery cost estimation

Requirements:

You will have solid experience with D365 CE and have the ability to design Dynamics CRM solutions, based on technical and functional requirements.

• Prior experience and knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps
• Excellent understanding of the functional capabilities of Field Services
• Experience of Azure Cloud Services include Service Bus, Logic Apps etc.
• Understanding and experience of implementing business workflows and processes
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment
