Job Description
The Principal Accountant will be the lead in the Accounting & Management service to the Housing Company.
- In charge of the budget monitoring of revenue, capital and balance sheet accounts, and of all trading accounts, cash flow management
- Development of the financial / economic elements of business plans
- Complex financial modelling & analysis
- Accountable for annual statements of accounts, corporation tax, VAT & CIS returns
- Business partnering with stakeholders & board members
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Housing association experience
- NFP experience
- Knowledge of SAGE
- VAT & CIS experience
- Fluent in all accounting fundamentals
- Hybrid working
- Annual leave
