Location 55 Baker Street
Our National Country Department are looking to recruit a Negotiator at Associate or Partner level to join our Farms & Estates sales team to maintain and grow our strong market share in the Prime and Super Prime markets. You will be based in our Baker Street head office and work with our wider network of UK offices, so it is important that you can work independently within a team ethos, have a can-do attitude and be happy to travel.

Role
This role will allow you to have privileged access to some of the most important and highest value farms and estates across the country. You will be instructed to find buyers, manage sales, and build our Farms and Estates team into the future. A knowledge of the countryside, agriculture and the natural environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Key Experience Required
The ideal candidate has experience of operating in the prime/super prime markets and is likely to have 7+ years sales experience with a strong track record of selling and progressing transactions, creating business and having an established profile in the market place.
