Position: Year 4 Primary Teacher
Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Contract Type: Full-Time

The Role: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be a key figure in shaping the educational journey of their students. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, implementing the curriculum effectively, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in the school community will be essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives.
• Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and fellow educators.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching at the primary level, with a focus on Year 4.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Passion for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
