Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students. Educate students in various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, using innovative teaching methods. Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning. Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Manage classroom behaviour through effective strategies that encourage positive interactions among students.

Requirements

A degree in Education or a related field with a focus on Early Childhood Education is preferred. Proven experience in teaching at the elementary level is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrated ability in behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth academically and socially. Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students in the classroom.
