  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged students across a range of subjects.
  • Provide a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt lesson plans to suit the needs of individual students and the school curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
  • Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching with the ability to work across different year groups.
  • A passion for fostering positive learning experiences and promoting student development.
  • The ability to work independently and confidently manage a classroom.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and high standards of teaching and learning.
