Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners. This role involves educating students in foundational subjects, implementing effective behaviour management strategies, and communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. A background in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in core subjects such as mathematics, literacy, science, and social studies. Implement behaviour management techniques to create a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage academic growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field. Experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Demonstrated ability in behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 155.00-200.00 per day
