Role Overview:

As a Primary School Sports Educator/Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire children aged 4-11 through the National Curriculum for Physical Education. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality physical education lessons, promoting a passion for sports, and teaching important life skills. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with children, a positive mindset, maturity, and resilience when working in school environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching and physical education teaching. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies. Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that promote physical fitness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and staff. Relevant certifications in physical education or coaching are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging physical education programs that promote physical fitness and teamwork among students. Teach various sports and physical activities, ensuring students understand the rules and techniques. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship. Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate physical education into the overall curriculum.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 17,000.00-20,000.00 per year
