Job Title: Primary PPA TeacherLocation: HillingdonStart Date: April 2025Are you a Primary PPA Teacher looking for a new role in Hillingdon?Key Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across different subjects to cover for class teachers during their PPA time.
  • You will adapt lesson plans and resources to suit the needs of different year groups and learning abilities.
  • You will manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • You will assess student progress and provide feedback to the regular class teacher to support ongoing learning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS. Or Level 4 HLTA qualification
  • Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.
