What we are looking for

Holds (or is on track to hold) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025. Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive environment to begin their teaching journey. Demonstrates enthusiasm and creativity in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners. Has a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement and fostering a love of learning. Values inclusion and diversity, ensuring every child feels supported and valued. Thrives in a collaborative environment, working effectively as part of a team with colleagues, pupils, and parents. Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance their teaching skills. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships within the school community. Embraces the values of our school and Multi-Academy Trust, contributing to our culture of excellence and innovation.

Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
