As Pricing Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will hold a key role in designing and building Trustpilot\'s B2B pricing architecture, which underpins the company\'s revenue growth. Our pricing architecture is formed by the plans and add-ons we offer to customers, the contractual and commercial setup, our loyalty and discounting proposition, and the prices we charge.
Your remit will be global, focusing on longer-term transformational changes to Trustpilot\'s B2B proposition, setting the vision for portfolio enhancements, and identifying opportunities for sustainable revenue growth. You will have end-to-end ownership of projects impacting our pricing architecture: from the initial discovery phase, to presenting a case for change, to developing the go to market strategy, and tracking and measuring results.
Your dominant goal will be the constant optimisation and maintenance of our pricing architecture, to make sure it is set up in the best way possible to deliver sustainable revenue growth for Trustpilot. Areas to explore and develop will be: defining which plans and add-ons Trustpilot should sell to businesses, at what price, with which commercial and contractual construct, and what our discounting and loyalty strategy should be.
You\'ll conceptualize, size, and work through initiatives end to end, partnering with teams such as Product, Data Science, Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance. In order to be effective in this role, you will need a strategic mindset, yet be able to succinctly and compellingly make the case for change. Whilst focusing on future development, the successful candidate will also have a \'get it done\' attitude with willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results, keeping the different stakeholders accountable.
You will be experienced in driving experimentation and testing in a pricing and/or promotions function. You will have familiarity with concepts like A/B testing, statistical significance, and population stratification. You will also be practically-minded and will enjoy brainstorming solutions with technical experts who can work to bring your vision into reality.
