Wild are working with an established global market leader based in Milton Keynes working as a Pricing Manager.

Working as a Pricing Manager you are responsible for defining and applying a pricing strategy. This strategy will support the sales and marketing activity across the business to maximise on business. There are two areas that will you will focus on: customer discounts and supplier discounts.

Responsibilities:

• Produce reports and analysis for the wider team
• Review processes for all pricing discounts
• Look at strategies and set customer discounts
• Work alongside the sales and marketing team to review and implement customer discounts
• Plan a development roadmap for the pricing portal
• Make sure the special pricing agreement is as effective as possible
• Manage mass data changes
• Take responsibility for supplier claims
• Develop people, systems and processes
• Be a role model within the business
• Be a leader and guide employees through any new business systems

Experience:

• Experience within a similar role working in a pricing team
• Experience working with big data and combining data
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previously worked on an ERP system and understand how they work in the background
• Good relationship skills, influencing and negotiating skills
