Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sheet metal and possess mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain press brake machinery effectively.
Duties
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and cut sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine product specifications
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating press brake equipment
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with hand tools for adjustments and maintenance
- Previous experience in welding, grinding, or assembly is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
