Presales Technical Engineer

• Following a significant increase in sales revenue and an incredibly strong pipeline, they are looking to add a Presales / Applications Engineers to the team as soon as possible.

The Role of the Presales Technical Engineer

• As an Application Engineer you will work as a key pre-sales technical advisor relating to design and application of HVAC products in buildings, and the provision of quality propositions and quotations for clients.
• You will ensure customer and sales teams (Internal and External) receive a high quality of pre-sales technical response to enquiries, providing pre-sales product technical information and advising on proposed design solutions.
• Using design software packages, you will produce and provide pre-sales technical submissions as required, generating detailed quotations for the products complying with cost policies and terms and conditions.

The Ideal Person for the Pre-Sales Technical Engineer

• To apply you will need to be a highly technically capable person, who is motivated to ensure product knowledge and pre-sales technical awareness is of the highest standards.
• Previous experience in Building Services Engineering or HVAC would be an advantage, but anyone with experience on the tools or related qualifications in mechanical engineering or thermal dynamics that has the right attitude is encouraged to apply.
• You will need to be a good communicator with strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
