Were breaking ground with more than our iconic build; the exciting development presents a revolutionary re-set of traditional football hospitality providing fans with unique experiences to be enjoyed on a matchday and through our events programme.We are excited to share a variety of roles within our Premium Experiences - Bars, Restaurants and Experiences department for Premium Relationship Executives to support the Premium Relationship Managers to build, manage and sustain relationships across a portfolio of assigned seasonal memberships (accounts), within a fast paced and rapidly growing team.These roles will be pivotal to ensure a consistently high quality of customer service is provided as the new stadium experiences are brought to life through the inaugural season in our brand-new waterfront home, and beyond.About the opportunity: As Premium Relationship Executive, guiding new processes, engaging with a blend of new and established premium members, while striving to enhance the overall membership experiences will be key to success in this role.Using your passion for understanding clients needs you will manage the Clubs relationship with an assigned number of business and consumer accounts across the seasonal premium membership base, prior to new stadium move and throughout the seasons included in the multi-year term agreements.Who were looking for: We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills and who are confident within a client facing role, who thrives across both live event and also office environments with the ability to manage new and established members.What xe2x80x98s essential is that you can demonstrate a solution focused mindset with a passion to exceed members expectations of our new stadium home.Other key experience we are looking for includes:Ticketing processing and distribution experiencePrevious experience within a football clubSupport digital processes and analyse member data presented within CRM systemsAbility to plan and manage multiple projects to deliver results in agreed timescalesExperience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clientsManaged financial information such as payments for clients/ membersGood understanding of Secutix and SalesforceKnowledge of sport and live event experiences and best practice (Desirable)If you are proactive with an ambitious and resilient spirit who enjoys bringing experiences to life with a desire to exceed expectations, then we would love to hear from you!In this demanding role, youll be working on site at the famous Royal Liver Building and Everton Stadium (Bramley Moore Dock).
