This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.About the RoleTo support all areas of Premium and conference and event sales. • Serve as the administrative lead for premium partners and sales agents, overseeing ticket sales, managing manifests and seating matrices, and handling contracts for conferences and events.
• Support the sale of ad hoc packages, performing administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and conducting pre-show follow-ups with customers to ensure a seamless experience prior to arrival. Prepare and distribute hospitality documentation across all departments.
• Maintain and update weekly records of hospitality sales activity for all events.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets within Premium Hospitality and the Conferences & Events (C&E) business by maximizing all sales opportunities during live event days.
• Promote and sell premium venue offerings and upgrade options to optimize per-event income.
• Proactively drive sales of off-manifest seating areas to ensure full capacity for events.
• Work designated event days in collaboration with the Premium & C&E Sales Manager and Head of Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience, leading the Premium casual team to deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
• Prepare and present hospitality briefings and materials for the casual hospitality team in advance of shows and events.
• Conduct pre-show checks for the Premium Live Lounge to ensure readiness and quality.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to build good internal and external relationships
• A team player with a flexible and positive attitude to work
• Committed approach to work and able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work
• Use with any ticketing platform (not essential)
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to problem solve where necessary
• Ability to work with some direction and to use own initiative
• Good IT and presentation skills.
• A proven track record of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous, preferably involving hospitality and customer service.
