The Roles
On account of growth, and with an eye to both the immediate and the longer term benefits to both business performance and the client experience, the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic move is now to build its work winning and pre-construction team with the appointment of three new Graduates into fast track progression roles.

These appointments will be within Estimating, Bids and Marketing, Business Development and Pre Construction Planning.

The Estimating Associate will work within the team responsible for calculating the costs of a project before work commences, this will include things such as materials, labour, equipment hire, transport costs and everything in between.

The Bids and Marketing Associate, reporting to the Bids and Sustainability Manager, will carry out general marketing duties such as the writing and editing of press releases and social media content. They will also be involved in the preparation of the commercial documents the company will submit to win new business \xe2\x80\x93 coordinating and designing content for pre qualification questionnaires and tender proposals.

The Business Development Associate will support the Business Development Manager in securing new business. This is a proactive role, and involves identifying market opportunities through tracking upcoming project opportunities in the market place, meetings and networking, and ensuring that the business is positioned to pitch for business at the right time, with the right people.

The Pre-Construction Associate will be the member of the team tasked with effective planning, ensuring that all projects commence and progress in a timely manner. Responsibilities for this team member will start before the work on site begins, progress through from the design phases right up to the work starting on site.

The team is based in attractive modern offices in Newcastle but team members are required to attend meetings off site as required. Future progression will of course be encouraged as the company continues to grow its workload and expand its geographical coverage \xe2\x80\x93 indeed, the plan for these opportunities is for them to present fast track progression for hardworking people.

Experience Required

Remuneration
\xc2\xa325,000 per annum plus attractive additional benefits which will be discussed during the interview process.
