ADMINISTRATOR - Financial Planning Practice
LOCATION : Northwich
SALARY: 23,000 - 28,000

Our Client, a well-established Wealth Management Practice with a credible name in the market now have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a thriving and successful company and become part of a unique and ambitious team. You will often be the first point of contact for clients (both in the office and on the telephone) and your presentation and telephone manner and ability to put people at ease is paramount.

Responsibilities

Keep the reception and meeting rooms always clean and tidy
Meet and greet clients and other guests promptly and make them comfortable
Ensure the telephone is answered promptly, with accurate messages taken and recorded and passed on where appropriate
Manage incoming and outgoing post and logging tasks as necessary.
Comply with the relevant SJP, compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times
Keep up to date with relevant product, legislative and technical changes
Meeting and greeting clients and other guests
Preparing meeting rooms: drinks and refreshments, liaising with Advisers and other staff to ascertain what is required ahead of diaried events
Adding all fact-find information to the CFR to ensure CFR is always reflecting current client situation
Issuing Letters of authority and change of servicing letters, ensuring the information is received accordingly and added to H drive and Workflow
Generating and preparing client annual review and valuation packs
Updating plan information on the CFR & Voyant
Coordinating regular client communications

The successfully candidate will need to have previous Administration experience - preferably within a financial services environment with an understanding of basic financial services requirements, terminology, and solutions. You will have solid communication and articulation skills as well as the ability to multi-task!
