We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead a team of social workers, youth workers and substance misuse workers within one of our Young People\'s Service teams.
Our Young people\'s Service is all about trying reduce the impact of, and disrupting, child criminal and sexual exploitation, and enabling families live together where there is a real risk of breakdown.

In Southampton, this area of work has high levels of demand and there is high level of complexity in the City. We need someone special to lead our third young people\xe2\x80\x99s service team. This person needs to be quick to find solutions to complex challenges: this could be young people encountering coercion or violence, struggling to access education or training, or recovering from traumatic experiences.

As a Practice Manager you will support your team in balancing and prioritising competing demands and helping young people to recover from trauma. We need someone who is calm, containing, solution focused, quick thinking and positive. We are looking for someone who can give young people, families and colleagues hope and aspiration. A minimum of 3 days per week in the office will be required.
