What You'll Bring

We're looking for a dedicated

Practice Manager

who can lead by example and drive excellence within our practice.

Skills and Experience required:

A minimum of

3

5+ years' experience

in a similar management role Evidence of post graduate studies or a management qualification Strong business, financial and strategic acumen. Experience in a

private dental practice or similar health care- setup

Proven ability to lead and manage a team Strong understanding and abilities in performance management, sales, lead generation, handling appraisals, compliance and recruitment areas of running a business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced environment

Great analytical skills Strong understanding of sales and performance management Strong understanding of KPIs and how these can be used to monitor and manage the practice.
