THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join an innovative and leading law firm. The firm expects the appointed legal professional to have experience in managing a team, as you will be expected to oversee the work of a number of different functions within the company. This includes coordinating the company\'s Human Resources services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, overseeing the company\'s IT equipment, and managing the marketing efforts. Our client can accommodate to hybrid working arrangements with one day a week working from home. This role will require the utmost confidence in decision making, consistency in approach and a commitment to high quality work.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced professionals who have experience managing a team as the appointed Practice Manager will be supporting the Directors ensuring smooth management, efficiency, and success of the firm. The appointed candidate will be a proactive individual looking to take on a leadership role, taking on lead decision making on behalf of the firm. To be successful in this role, the appointed legal professional will be able to balance and prioritise their workload, being proactive and eager to immerse yourself in this hands on role.
