We have an exciting role within our Family Wellbeing Service where you\'ll be assisting the Practice Manager with managing and directing a Family Partnership Hub.

Salary: \xc2\xa342,503 - \xc2\xa345,495 a year plus \xc2\xa33203 car benefit and \xc2\xa35,000 market supplement a year

About the role:
You\'ll be responsible for managing and directing a staff team, resources and budgets in order to identify, assess and provide services/intervention to support children, young people, families and carers where a child is vulnerable, in need, disabled, or at risk of harm.
You\'ll also be responsible for enabling children and young people to remain safely within their home and/or community environment and ensure they achieve good outcomes through effective intervention.
About you:
We are looking for someone with in depth experience of working with children, young people and their families in children\xe2\x80\x99s services.
You\'ll be a strong communicator, both verbally and in written communication, with the ability to negotiate and influence service users and staff at all levels.
You\'ll have the ability to make sound professional judgements including high risk issues about children, parents, families and carers.
This is an important role where you\'ll have the opportunity to develop your existing knowledge of legislation and statutory responsibilities relating to Children Services.
We do ask that you have a relevant professional qualification or a relevant graduate level qualification, or equivalent, in social care, education, health or children\xe2\x80\x99s services, and substantial relevant experience, training and competence is required for the role.
You need to be a qualified social worker and be registered with Social Work England in order to qualify for this role.
