We are delighted to be working with Everyone Active once again as a retained partner as they look to recruit a PR & Communications Manager to support the South-East region, covering a 12 month maternity leave.

Everyone Active is one of our favourite clients and the role is an integral part of a fabulous PR team who are super collaborative and supportive of each other.

Reporting into the Group PR Manager you will be responsible for a range of traditional and digital media communications and PR activity including:

• Developing and implementing PR strategies across your designated region.
• Relationship management with both internal and external partners.
• Liaising with and maintaining positive relationships with media partners.
• Researching and writing press releases to target the media in your set region.
• Analysing and reporting on media coverage.
• Creating content for in-house communications pieces such as case studies, internal magazines and reports.
• Event organisation as needed including exhibitions, event days and press tours.
• Crisis management.
• Support with the development of campaigns.
• Identify influencers and bloggers to work with the brand.
• Acting as a brand champion, bringing new ideas to the table to support the overall PR strategy.
• Supporting with the Sporting Champions scheme within the region, including building relationships with athletes and ambassadors.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background within a PR focused role, either in an agency or in-house team. If you have an interest in sport, fitness and well-being, this would be advantageous but not essential.

You will be confident in both traditional and digital communications activities and will have managed crisis communications. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a must!

This is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave and requires someone to start in August.
