We're launching a
Crowdcube campaign
to invite our community -- and the world -- to invest in the future of plant-based hospitality. To do that, we're looking for a
mission-driven PR & Communications Manager
who can help us spread the word with purpose, clarity, and heart.
The Opportunity
This is more than a PR role -- it's a chance to help tell a story that matters.
You'll lead the communications strategy for our crowdfunding campaign, using your experience to bring in investment, raise awareness, and connect with values-aligned media, influencers, and investors. You'll work closely with our founders, creatives, and wider team to craft messaging that's honest, inspiring, and deeply rooted in our ethos.
What You'll Do
Build the Narrative:
Translate our vision and mission into powerful storytelling that resonates with investors and media.
Lead the PR Strategy:
Plan and execute a purpose-driven PR campaign to support our Crowdcube launch.
Earn Media Attention:
Secure meaningful press coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and podcast channels.
Create Campaign Assets:
Write and shape press releases, FAQs, founder bios, investor decks, and other core materials.
Drive Community Engagement:
Help us speak directly to our community through newsletters, interviews, and events.
Support the Launch:
Be the communications engine during the live campaign -- agile, focused, and responsive.
Measure & Adjust:
Track impact, coverage, and engagement to continually improve messaging and reach.
About You
You're a
storyteller
at heart -- passionate about food, sustainability, or mission-led business.
You have
3+ years' experience
in PR, communications, or brand strategy, ideally with a focus on
crowdfunding, hospitality, or ethical brands
.
You have strong media contacts and a feel for what makes a compelling story.
You know how to
balance strategy with execution
-- big picture thinking and on-the-ground doing.
You thrive in collaborative environments but are also happy to lead and own a project.
