PR & Celebrity Relations Intern, London(6 month FTC - Full Time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?We are on the lookout for a brilliant PR Intern for 6 months to assist and support the PR & Celebrity team in all Press Office activities, at Cartier London HQ.Support with all Communications

  • Maintaining and updating press contacts database across broadcast, print and relevant press and compilation of specialist press lists as required for events and specific mailings
  • Assisting with distribution of press information on new collections, product launches, events to relevant press
  • Support in developing mini stories and online features
  • Fulfilling International and National press enquiries and image request
  • Provide additional support when required on specific press and celebrity events
  • Compiling digital press reviews of specific press events
  • Assisting journalists, celebrities and stylists with any requests or needs
  • Basic writing responsibilities include drafting letters, memos, reports, press releases
Photoshoot & Celebrity Dressings
  • Assisting team with UK press photoshoot and celebrity dressing requests: Liaising with publication on selection, coordinating pieces from boutiques, booking security and following procedure according to security guidelines
  • Support team in organizing meetings with stylists, journalists and key friends of the house to show them the boutique and creations
  • Assist on photoshoots and celebrity dressings
PR Reporting & Analysis
  • Recording Cartier press and organic social coverage in view of producing a weekly press reviews of coverage for specific product launches and key initiatives
  • Maintain and organize the magazine collection
  • Providing key support with reporting and analysis including DMR, press recaps and overviews
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Work experience in public relations and/or communications is a plus
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational, planning, time management skills and detail orientated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional and desire to be a part of a high-performance team
