Pitch have exclusively partnered with a full service communications agency in Oxfordshire. Our client prides themselves on working with businesses across the UK who are aligned in wanting to make the world a better place.In operation since 2007, our client works in partnership with some major B2B and B2C businesses across the UK. Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to help assist on some of their biggest accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • You will work across a number of key accounts deliver communications programmes in line with the client\xe2\x80\x99s principles of client service excellence.
  • As the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients, you will maintain positive ongoing relationships and find ways in which to surprise and delight them.
  • As account manager, supporting the account directors, you will become part of the \xe2\x80\x98engine room\xe2\x80\x99, utilising your copywriting skills and demonstrating your media relations prowess
  • Working with the team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll live and breathe the supportive culture with our client, helping to progress junior members of the team and have a can-do attitude
  • You can expect to play a role in new business pitches \xe2\x80\x93 bringing your creative ideas to the process.
Key requirements:
  • Good communications skills.
  • Previous people management would be useful, but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good listening skills.
  • Ability to analyse situations and address issues as they arise.
  • A natural flair for writing.
  • A self-starter who\xe2\x80\x99s willing to hit the ground running.
