Reports to: Account DirectorReady to drive PR excellence and build lasting client relationships?Our client, a fab Leeds based PR agency, is seeking a proactive PR Account Manager to manage key client accounts and deliver innovative PR strategies. In this role, you'll ensure every campaign exceeds client expectations while upholding the highest standards of quality and creativity.What Youll Be DoingClient & Account Management
Lead client meetings, produce detailed contact reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Manage day-to-day client consultancy, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Proactively identify and address potential issues, escalating concerns to the Account Director when needed.
Pitch creative ideas to enhance client campaigns and drive measurable results.
Maintain consistent, effective communication with clients through scheduled meetings and timely follow-ups.Public Relations & Communications
Oversee the delivery of news generation platforms and manage the creation of press releases, brochures, web copy, and other PR materials.
Handle crisis PR management by offering strategic, timely solutions.
Coordinate client events, pitches, and presentations to ensure seamless execution.
Liaise with external suppliers to secure optimal outcomes and maintain project profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agencys growth initiatives.What You BringExperience:

  • At least 3 years in a PR role within an agency setting, with proven client-facing and account management experience.
Qualifications:
  • A related degree in Business, Management, Communications, Media Studies, English, Creative Writing, or Marketing.
Skills:
  • Strong capabilities in PR and social media, with excellent content creation, research, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with standard PC software (Excel, PowerPoint) and a proactive, creative mindset.
