PR Account Director - Central London - Up to 42K

An exciting client of mine, an established Digital PR Agency in London, are looking for a PR Account Director for their team.

About the role:

As a PR Account Director with my clients team, you will be a key player in shaping and driving the success of their clients\' PR strategies. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing strategic counsel, and overseeing the execution of integrated PR campaigns. The role requires a seasoned PR professional with a deep understanding of the media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Main client contact, understanding and aligning with their business goals.
• Provide strategic PR counsel and build strong relationships.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee team development and ensure high-quality work.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated strategies.

Media Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain key media relationships.
• Secure impactful media coverage across various channels.

Budget Management:

• Effectively manage client budgets and provide financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of PR experience, with client management and team leadership focus.
• Proven success in executing strategic PR campaigns.
• Strong media relations skills and understanding of the media landscape.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
