40 hours per week, Monday to Friday



As the PPM Team Leader, you'll take centre stage, leading a team of Administrators while managing the delivery of high-quality administrative and procurement support. You'll be the critical link between our internal teams, service providers, and our valued client base--ensuring that contracts run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.



You'll be responsible for managing the end-of-month reporting process, supporting and guiding your team, introducing and embedding new processes, and creating a customer-first culture that promotes professionalism and care at every touchpoint. You'll drive continuous improvement, build lasting relationships with our service partners, and oversee the day-to-day purchasing of goods, all while delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced environment.



What You'll Need



To thrive in this role, you'll need a proven background in administration, ideally within a planned maintenance or FM environment. Your Excel and Microsoft Office skills will be strong, and you'll be confident delivering results under pressure and to deadlines. You'll have experience working closely with service providers and will naturally take ownership of outcomes. An attitude with a positive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to motivate and support a team to succeed is vital.
