Our client is a leading FMCG food manufacturer based near Stirling. A business with a very impressive history and heritage, supplying both UK retailers and export. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit 1x Elec Bias Maintenance Engineer to perform PPM and support Engineering projects on the late shift. (This is where all PPM and project support is carried out as production stops in the evening).

This is the perfect role for somebody who wants to get away from general production engineering maintenance and into a quieter, less fast-paced role.

We\'re ideally seeking candidates with a Multi skilled discipline with Electrical Bias. 17th or 18th edition would be advantageous, but not essential as the company will fund this.

Hours / Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 2pm-11pm

Summary of core responsibilities:

• Expert system maintenance, perform installations, safety, risk assessment and commissioning
• Drive to improve machine up-time
• PM Schedule adherence/review \xe2\x80\x93 planned preventive maintenance
• Project support
• Keep and maintain appropriate records as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, standards of operation and safe operating procedures
• Ensure consistent, flexible and timely attendance at work of self and team
• Ensure own and team provision of flexibility to meet company operating requirements
• Provide pro- and re-active and supportive verbal and written communication to team members, peers and managers

Skills, Experience and qualifications required:

Current experience/qualification in a related Engineering Discipline. This is a Multi Skilled role, and we are seeking candidates with a strong electrical knowledge and experience. Experience in the overhaul, repair and modification of manufacturing equipment and pneumatic systems. Computer literate with working knowledge of PLC controlled equipment. 17th or 18th edition would be beneficial, but not essential as the company can provide training for this.
