Role Overview
Are you looking to accelerate your skills and grow your career in a high-performance PPC agency that's redefining how e-commerce brands experience paid search?
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented PPC Executive with 1-2 years of professional experience running paid media campaigns, ideally within an agency environment. You'll play a crucial role in managing and scaling client accounts, with a strong focus on
Performance Max campaigns
,
Google Shopping feeds
, and margin-driven optimisation.
You will be directly responsible for creating ad copy, liaising with clients on campaign strategies, and managing day-to-day performance across multiple accounts.
This is not an entry-level role -- you'll need to demonstrate solid experience of driving performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and occasionally
Bing Ads
.
Manage and optimise Shopping feeds via platforms such as
GMC (Google Merchant Centre)
and feed management tools. Both internal and external tools will be used, and training provided.
Create, test, and refine compelling ad copy tailored to client goals and brand tone.
Monitor campaign performance closely, making frequent optimisations to maximise profit and contribution margin.
Analyse performance data, prepare client reports, and suggest clear strategic actions based on insights.
Attend client calls, build trusted client relationships, and act as the point of contact for account queries.
Set up, manage, and optimise
Performance Max
campaigns to drive e-commerce sales.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Work collaboratively with the Head of Paid Search to implement account strategies and achieve client growth targets.
Keep up to date with the latest PPC innovations, Google platform updates, and industry best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Solid understanding of
Google Shopping campaigns
, feed setup and optimisation.
Experience with
Performance Max
campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience using
Google Analytics
,
Google Ads
, and related reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- confident creating ad copy and communicating directly with clients.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive, can-do attitude.
Commercial mindset focused on driving measurable client success.
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
Google Ads Certifications (Shopping, Search, Measurement).
Experience using Shopping feed management tools like
DataFeedWatch

Feedonomics
.
Understanding of contribution margin / profitability-focused campaign optimisation.
