I\'m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, and IT Solutions firm for a SQL DBA. The role is predominantly working from home with the occasional travel into their office in Nottingham. They pride themselves on having a close-knit culture and participate in regular social events organised within the company. This is a client facing role so excellent customer service skills will be required both orally and written.
In the role, you will provide first class support to their clients on SQL databases ranging from SQL Server 7 to 2019 and MSSQL products.
Other duties include:
- Working with clients to assist with their issues
- Documenting support issues reported by clients using their own internal system
- Supporting internal members of staff and providing assistance where necessary
- Troubleshooting SQL databases
- Excellent customer service skills both orally and written
- SQL Server 7 to 2019
- MSSQL
