Poultry Farm Worker

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa331,000 per annum.
Fixed Term contract - 12 months.
Lissington, Lincolnshire.

No experience required as our client provides all the training you\'ll need. All you need is a dedication to hard work, attention to detail, a full driving license(preferred), flexibility to work weekends and a spark of passion for agriculture.
As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of premium breeding stock.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensure poultry health, nutrition, and environment meet high standards.
• Prevent, diagnose, and treat poultry health issues while maintaining biosecurity protocols.
• Maintain strict hygiene practices to prevent disease transmission.
• Keep accurate records and maintain farm cleanliness.
• Adhere to farm health and safety rules for a safe working environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of \xc2\xa310.76, increasing to \xc2\xa311.42 after 6 months.
• Annual salary equivalent of \xc2\xa330,139, rising to \xc2\xa331,900.
• Additional pay for overtime and weekend work.
• Generous 32 days\' holiday, including Bank Holidays.

About You:

• No previous poultry experience necessary.

• Drivers license and own transport required due to remote location.

Working on 6 days on, 2 days off shift pattern. Working hours from 7.00am to 3.30pm.
