Since launching in 2017, Post Trade Solutions Optimisation (previously Quantile) has eliminated hundreds of trillions of dollars of gross notional through interest rate compression and billions of dollars in margin through initial margin optimisation. We recently launched a capital optimisation service to help financial institutions meet new regulatory requirements and reduce their risk-based capital.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate Quantile optimization runsSet-up all necessary configurations prior to the optimisation.
Assist with data quality analysis of trade data - relaying any issues promptly to clients when required.
Deliver optimisation proposal to clients and ensure proposal is signed off.
Collaborating closely with middle & front offices within client organisations to co-ordinate optimisation acceptance.
Assist with any post run processes (e.g. trade booking, regulatory reporting).
Test new operational features to ensure they are ready for production environments.
Co-ordinate optimisation sign-up and service growth for new and existing clients.
Onboarding new clients to ensure they have a complete grasp of the optimisation process and are ready for a production optimisation.
Present analysis, result review and new enhancements to team members
Ongoing dialogue with clients to better understand their needs and any issues they have.
Requirements and QualificationsDegree in financial or numerate field, mathematics, physics, economics, engineering, computer science (or relevant equivalent experience). Minimum of 2:1 grade.
Excellent English communication skills across different levels of seniority (being able to understand quantitative issues and explain them to Clients with varying levels of sophistication)
Attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and comfortable working under own initiative.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment under pressure, multitask and prioritize appropriately
Strong teammate with high sense of responsibility and high motivation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Skill in data analytics tools such as Excel Pivot, Python or Tableau is a plus
Knowledge of one or more of below is an advantage
