Post Team Supervisor




This is a vital role at AFH which will require you to lead a small team ensuring the smooth efficient running of the team, processing all the incoming/outgoing post functions as well as the administration involved with such a position. You will be required in our Bromsgrove head office 5 days per week for this position.


As our Post Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for:



Team Supervision




Being a leader & supporting the Post Team Assistants. Overseeing the allocation of workloads to manage team capacity to ensure efficient service delivery. Conducting regular team meetings. Discussing process change recommendation, issues, and best practices to ensure smooth running. Support, train and develop the team's skills and knowledge. Nurture a culture of getting work right first time. Attention to details and being able to identify and resolve areas for improvement whilst celebrating exceptional performance.

Incoming & Outgoing Post Functions




Opening, sorting, and scanning all incoming post into relevant files for both our Financial Advisers and all Departments business wide. Secure filing of all original post after scanning. Franking of all out-going mail (1st, 2nd, Registered and Special). Responsible for arranging deliveries and collection through a courier service. Dealing with enquiries from IFAs and other members of staff when necessary. Monitoring the emails received into a central inbox and distributing across the business. Reviewing work completed by the team to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.

What we are looking for in our ideal Post Team Supervisor:




Experience in supervising or mentoring a team. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience using both Microsoft applications and industry-specific software (e.g., Outlook, Teams and Xplan, Provider Platforms etc). GCSE level A-C/5-9 in English and Maths or equivalent desirable
