Rural setting - Drivers Essential

Salary:

12.21 per hour (24,829 per annum + 1,200 PBS enhancement)

Hours:

Full-time (39 hours) & Part-time (Minimum 15 hours, fully flexible)

Shift Patterns:

7:00 AM / 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:30 PM Mid Shifts: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM / 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Every other weekend or two weekends per month required

Who we're looking for in our next Support Worker:

Experience working in a team and physically active roles (Must be able to swim, ride bikes, and walk long distances) Understanding of autism, communication challenges, and behaviour triggers Awareness of MCA (Mental Capacity Act) & DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards) Basic knowledge of health and nutrition Aligned with our Avenues core values

Your Role as a Support Worker:

Implement PBS plans to provide effective support Assist with personal care, health, and nutrition Plan and participate in daily community outings and activities Help individuals maintain their baseline and manage behaviours of concern Provide full support for medical appointments and work closely with healthcare professionals Promote independence while ensuring tailored support
