At Avenues, we create a positive and supportive environment where both staff and the people we support can thrive. The Pines is a supported living service providing care for 15 individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities. The individuals we support range from mild to profound needs, with some requiring mobility assistance and hoisting. Each person lives in a self-contained flat with a bedroom, shower room, kitchen, and living area.

Who We're Looking For in our next Support Worker:
Proactive individuals who take initiative and manage time effectively
Basic computer and written communication skills
Experience handling money and basic maths skills
Aligned with our Avenues core values.
Your Role as a Support Worker:
Assist with personal care, health, and nutrition
Plan and participate in daily community outings and social events
Support individuals in managing behaviours
Provide full support for medical appointments and work closely with healthcare professionals
Promote independence through everyday tasks such as meal prep and laundry
