In 2024, our Homes not Hospitals operational and PBS team enabled three people to leave secure settings and move to place they now call home in Greater Manchester. Three people who draw on support who had been away from their families and without a home for a combined total of forty-five years. They have all celebrated Christmas's and birthdays in their new homes and continue to flourish in ways that many people feared they never would.Being ambitious is in our DNA and across 2025 and beyond we will be supporting more people to leave secure settings and providing specialist high quality trauma informed Compassion First PBS support to prevent admission and re-admission. Our team is expanding and we are looking for an, experienced and qualified and operationally experienced PBS Specialist to join our team in Greater ManchesterThis is absolutely the role to be in if you want to make a significant difference in people's lives and support our mission to ensure everyone has a place to call home, where they can live a gloriously ordinary life away from a secure setting.You must be currently or recently in a PBS lead or specialist role and have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working at that level.
