Your Role;

As a part-time team member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, blending property management expertise with Leasehold property and lettings management savvy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential/commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Conducting property viewings, negotiating leases, and closing sales/letting agreements.
- Building relationships with landlords, buyers, renters, and local communities.
- Staying ahead of market trends to provide tailored solutions for our diverse client base.
- Collaborating with our vibrant team to innovate and elevate our services.
-Managing Office record and CRM Reapit system.

-Relevant property accountancy understanding for invoices and payments.

- Dealing with LL and tenant inquiries included laisse with other vendors.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
