An incredible position has arisen with a market leading law firm, who have a strong global presence, and fantastic work culture.
They are seeking a Client Development/BD Manager to work within their top tier Litigation practice, which encompasses Anti-Trust, Enforcement & Investigations, and Competition.
The role will see you support the Director for the team, taking the lead on a number of the firm\'s business plans. Whilst supporting the firm\'s overall strategy, you will have contact with teams in the US and across Europe.
- Oversee the development and execution of business development plans and initiatives for the London team, working closely with group leadership to formulate a clear strategy and achievable goals.
- Work closely to support the Anti-Trust Group based in London and Brussels on client development efforts and ensure coordination with the global practice and overall firm strategy.
- Prepare legal directory and award submissions, developing a strategy for achieving maximum recognition across the practice and for specific leading lawyers and working with the team to ensure timely submissions.
- Evaluate and collaborate with attorneys on responses to RFPs and other new business proposals. Also develop tailored proposals/pitches and institute related production and tracking of pitch efforts.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop pitch strategies and provide necessary research and other relevant preparation, including coaching
