This role will sit within the Transformation & Planning team, part of the Transformation Office in Informa Markets. Transformation and Planning is a multi-disciplinary function that facilitates the planning and execution of strategic change. This role reports into the Director of Portfolio and Programs.
The IM Transformation Office have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the IM Platforms Portfolio, enabling and accelerating the delivery of change involving platforms such as Salesforce varied product offerings (CRM, Service Cloud, Order Management, Communities, eCommerce etc\xe2\x80\xa6), Adobe Experience Manager. Our teams deliver technology, process and people change across four portfolios in North America, EMEA, Asia and Latin America.
Projects and programs range from discrete projects impacting one team or business area through to multi-teams, multi-platform initiatives, requiring extensive coordination and collaboration.
The Portfolio Manager will partner with the Head of Portfolio and Programs, providing leadership and support to raise the maturity of portfolio management. Working closely with business partners, architects, business analysts, delivery teams and other stakeholders, to effectively drive initiatives from ideation to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to establish new ways of working and provide proactive and dynamic PMO support.
