We are looking for a strong Portfolio Analyst to join our Digital Demand team, who can take the initiative to develop our digital brand growth. You will be required to plan and lead the change when it comes to Customer experience Digital transformation. Taking charge of our team initiative and being a key figure in the growth of the digital transformation for the company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

In the need of an individual with drive and passion who will co-ordinate and plan customer experience Digital Demand and prioritisation activity for the key CX Digital transformation activity required to become a truly customer centric and digital led business. This will be achieved through:

Leads Demand plans and creates key submissions to relevant QBR delivery processes, tracking delivery to plan & highlighting key risks

Plans key digital demand planning timelines, ensuring key milestones are met

Plans and supports key Agile events on behalf of Digital demand team, ensuring completeness of inputs

Identifies and analyses Customer Experience digital demand requirements from across the organisation to create a common view of demand

Leads key processes to prioritise demand in alignment with customer experience, strategy and digital transformation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Essential:

Experience in a digital change/digital demand environment

Experience in PMO management or a planning role

Sufficient knowledge and understanding of digital ecosystems

Demonstrable experience in programme portfolio planning and/or management

Excellent decision making and negotiating skills
