What you\'ll do:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
• Assembles, repairs, maintains, and moves furniture
• Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Make sure that the building is in the best condition for the employees who work there
• Assist other skilled trades
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures

What you bring:

• Experience in similar role or strong transitional skills
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
• Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills

• \xc2\xa311.95 Per Hour
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - (1 week early & one week late)
• Full uniform supplied
