Trevornick Holiday Park are looking to recruit a Lifeguard to assist with the efficient operating of our swimming pool at our 5Holiday Park in Holywell Bay, Newquay for the 2025 season.
Trevornick is family-run site situated on the coast of the stunning Holywell Bay offering a variety of accommodation including: Touring and Camping, Ready Tents, Statics, Luxury Lodges and Cottages and a number of onsite amenities such as: swimming pool, bars and restaurants, fishing ponds, golf courses and much more.

About the Position

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

Training and supervising all team members to ensure they are adhering to the policies and procedures of the pool area Monitoring the pool during opening hours to ensure a safe and secure environment Daily and weekly checks for the pool Maintain and clean the pool and adjoining areas to a high standard Enforce rules and regulations of the pool area Perform first aid as and when required Take a proactive approach to health and safety and report any accidents or hazards which may arise Interact with guests and provide 5 customer service at all times
Monitor the sauna area Rota preparation and ensuring breaks are allocated daily whilst maintaining pool cover
You may at times be required to assist with duties not directly linked to your job description.

About You

We are looking for a team member who is friendly and has a can do attitude. You will be hard working, enthusiastic and punctual and have a passion for delivering 5customer service.
This role is full time and is a seasonal role which will run until September 2025.

You will need to be flexible as shifts vary and for the full time position you will be expected to work 5 days a week including weekends on a rota basis.

A valid RLSS / NPLQ Swimming Pool Lifeguard qualification is required for this role.
