Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Polish speaking worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and polishing various materials to achieve a high-quality finish. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and tools to finish surfaces of products made from various materials. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications and standards. Maintain equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area. Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labour or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
