Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile experienced Polish builder who has experience in Loft conversions and basements. Plastering is also required, further detail is needed in loft conversions

Fabricate and assemble components as required for various projects. Perform carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Carry out masonry work, including bricklaying and blockwork. Execute painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are prepared correctly for a professional finish. Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Undertake plumbing duties, including installation and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Perform basic welding tasks as needed for specific projects. Assist with electrical work under supervision, ensuring all installations meet regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in multiple trades, demonstrating versatility in skills such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, welding, and fabrication. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction and maintenance work. The ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: 170.75-220.00 per day
