We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm
Start Date
: June 3rd, must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.
Here's what you'll be doing with us:
Inputting data from claim forms, payment details and other data onto our core systems ensuring all details are accurate
Managing email boxes relating to customer enquiries
Carry out any ad-hoc tasks
Making and answering phone calls from policy holders and vet practices
Applying the underwriting criteria to new applications for cover on a daily basis
Deliver good outcomes and a high standard of customer care whilst enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests.
