Polestar Brand Ambassador - Part time

Hours: 16-20 hours a week but looking for someone to work weekends especially.

Salary: \xc2\xa311.53 per hour

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

The Polestar Brand Ambassador will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar\xe2\x80\x99s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their Space visitors.

As a Polestar Brand Ambassador, you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative cars ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

\xc2\xb7 Provide a tailored experience based upon guests\xe2\x80\x99 specific interests and agenda

\xc2\xb7 Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions

\xc2\xb7 Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting car and services that Polestar offers

\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers

\xc2\xb7 Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process

\xc2\xb7 Act as a role model of Polestar\xe2\x80\x99s culture and behaviours

Who you are

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you must have:

\xc2\xb7 More than 6 months experience in a progressive, customer-oriented retail environment

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences (drama, public-speaking, teaching, retail sales, event-planning or customer care will also be positively considered)

This role will require a valid driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
