Job Description


We're looking for an experienced PMO Consultant to support a major ERP implementation, ensuring governance, risk management, and structured reporting are in place. Vendor selection concludes in February, with on boarding set for late March.

  • Location: Central Belt (Hybrid - On site for Workshops, then Remote with Occasional Visits Outside IR35)
  • Duration: 6 Months (with the possibility to extend)
  • Start Date: End of March
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish PMO governance, managing plans, RAID logs, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and the ERP vendor.
  • Support the PMO Manager in refining processes and tool kits.
  • Navigate ambiguity, shaping programme structures as they develop.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong PMO experience in ERP or large-scale technology programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
  • Experience in finance or regulated environments (preferred).
